Balati EMS was founded by EMT Hillary Fajardo in 2024 after seeing both the strengths and persistent challenges within emergency medical services. Her aim was to build an organization where patients are treated with dignity, providers are supported, and compassion is never sacrificed for efficiency.
Hillary and her husband, Rafael Pena, have built the business together through response work, training, event staffing, community outreach, operations, and partnerships. The mission remains the same: accessible, high-quality support with a human connection.
